COCONUT OIL
Coccoon coconut oil is the first 100% pure oil cold pressed from the fresh pulp of coconuts, directly (with no intermediaries) in Bali, Indonesia, within a safe and ethical supply chain that was born from the International PhD program in Agrobiodiversity of Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa.
High quality, with its light natural scent, rich in vitamin E and lauric acid (not added), it is a long lasting multi-functional oil for the whole BODY (also for the FACE and EYE CONTOUR) with softening, soothing, elasticizing, nourishing and antimicrobial properties.
It is the delicate ritual, ideal at any age (also during pregnancy, breastfeeding and for newborns), that takes care of the whole body without greasing. A glass jar contains 85 ml of pure oil.
Coccoon coconut oil is handcrafted in Indonesia, in small batches by Loliettoo® within a sustainable supply and production chain, very short and safe, where local farming communities from a remote area of Bali directly work without the interference of any intermediaries.
The pure oil is cold pressed and slowly filtered starting from the fresh pulp of coconuts that are hand harvested from wildly grown palms. It does not come from intensive cultivation, it is not copra oil (read more on our blog), and it does not undergo any additional treatments (deodorization/refining) or blending with secondary ingredients.
It is packed in Italy within glass jars (and aluminum caps) that, beside containing a pure oil (85 ml) ideal to delicately nourish, soothe and pamper the whole body at any age, store a precious story: made of people, quality, transparency, a unique international production and development project (connected to the International PhD program in Agrobiodiversity of Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa), protection and respect of biological rhythms of coconuts in Indonesia, high value of labour, and the dream of “becoming the change that we want to see in the world” - Mahatma Gandhi.
100% pure, with no synthetic ingredients, Coccoon coconut oil is long lasting (you only need a few drops!), multi-functional (for the whole BODY, from head to toes, including INTIMATE PARTS, HAIR, BEARD and MOUTH) and for everybody (babies’ too). It is a light oil, rapidly absorbed and non greasy.
A concentrate of wellness for home and travel (also allowed in hand luggage on plane).
To apply, we recommend massaging a few drops (if liquid, over 24°C) or a little dab (if solid/buttery under 24°C) on the areas of interest, tapping gently where the skin is more delicate like the eye contour. For the application, skin can be dry or wet. Results: soft and toned skin.
As a restoring mask (anti-dandruff effect and anti-milk crust in babies), we suggest applying a small quantity on wet hair/beard to massage and tap directly on scalp and hair roots. Results: revitalized, soft and disciplined hair/beard.
As a styling lotion, apply a few drops (if liquid, over 24°C~75.2°F) or a little dab (if solid/buttery under 24°C~75.2°F) on the areas of interest, still wet after washing (hair/beard) and massage gently. Results: disciplined and defined hair/beard.

100% pure, Coccoon coconut oil is naturally liquid/fluid over 24°C (75.2°F) and solid/buttery below this temperature. During the hot season, we recommend storing the oil in the refrigerator to keep it solid. This way makes it easier to handle it and it feels very pleasant on skin. For best storage, we suggest to keep the jar closed, far from sources of direct light and heat.

Loliettoo ships in Italy and Europe (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Holland, Spain, Sweden) with its reliable Express Courier. To ship in other countries please contact us - coccoon@loliettoo.it - and we will do our best to reach you everywhere in the world.
The Client or the addressee receives from the Courier notifications via e-mail and SMS with all the information about the tracking code and updates to follow the shipment till delivery.
Shipping costs are not included in the product prices, but are shown and calculated once the purchase order is completed before payment.
For deliveries in Italy, shipping costs are:

The shipment is processed in 24/48 hours after the payment is received by Loliettoo. Delivery is made by Express Courier in 24/48 hours after dispatch (delivery time for some areas and islands can vary).
For deliveries in Europe (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Holland, Spain, Sweden), shipping costs are:

The shipment is processed in 24/48 hours after the payment is received by Loliettoo. Delivery is made by Express Courier in 2/6 days after dispatch.
It is recommended to add a destination address where there is always someone to receive the delivery. If the addressee will be absent for the first delivery, there will be a notification by Courier. A second try will happen the next working day and, if the addressee will be absent again, the Courier Customer Service will contact the person the same day, after 18.30, to organize the third try for the next working day. In order to guarantee all these steps it is mandatory to add the addresse’s telephone number during the online purchase. If the phone contact won’t work or if the addressee will be absent for the fourth time, the order will be sent back to the sender (Loliettoo) and the client will have to agree with Loliettoo and pay for a new delivery.
If the destination address is wrong, Loliettoo won’t be responsible for the missed delivery and the client will have to agree with Loliettoo and pay for a new delivery.
If the order is missing or damaged, the addressee must sign the consignment note specifying the issue (i.g. wet items, broken package, opened products etc…) and must send a written notification to Loliettoo by 4 days after delivery. Only this way Loliettoo will be able to ask for a reimbursement to the courier.

RESI E RIMBORSI
Conformemente alle disposizioni legali in vigore, il Cliente o il destinatario ha diritto di recedere dall'acquisto senza alcuna penalità e senza specificarne il motivo, entro il termine di 14 giorni decorrenti dalla data di ricezione dei prodotti.
In caso di esercizio del diritto di recesso, il Cliente è tenuto a restituire i beni entro 14 giorni dal giorno in cui ha comunicato a Loliettoo la propria volontà di recedere dal contratto ai sensi dell'art. 57 del D.lgs 206/2005.
La merce dovrà essere rispedita a Loliettooil S.r.l., Via Cavour 4, 15060 Voltaggio-AL.
La merce dovrà essere restituita integra, nella confezione originale.Fatta salva la facoltà di verificare il rispetto di quanto sopra, Loliettoo provvederà a rimborsare l'importo dei prodotti oggetto del recesso entro un termine massimo di 14 giorni.
Non verranno rimborsate le spese di spedizione.
Come previsto dall'art. 56 comma 3 del D.Lgs 206/2005, modificato dal D.lgs 21/2014, Loliettoo può sospendere il rimborso fino al ricevimento dei beni oppure fino all'avvenuta dimostrazione da parte del Cliente di aver rispedito i beni a Loliettoo.
Loliettoo eseguirà il rimborso utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento scelto dal Cliente in fase di acquisto.
