COCONUT SOLID CONDITIONER
Coccoon coconut conditioner is the first solid conditioning treatment (for HAIR and BEARD) ever developed in Italy.
Its special formulation rich in Coccoon coconut oil (10%) and fragrance free is the secret that makes this solid 65 g bar such a unique detangling, softening, nourishing, delicate, light and long lasting product, ideal to take care of all kinds of hair and beard.
Coccoon solid conditoner is handcrafted in small batches by Loliettoo® (in Italy) with a 100% zero waste packaging.
Its essential formulation, rich in Coccoon coconut oil, lends it the softening and nourishing properties of the pure oil (not refined), making it a light, delicate conditioner ideal and safe for all kinds of hair (babies too) and beards.
The unravelling, emollient and cleansing effect is performed by the soft cream that forms when the product reacts with water due to the presence of emulsifiers/detergents/surfactants in the special recipe.
Long lasting conditioning bar (you need to use really minimum quantity!), Coccoon solid conditioner is a precious beauty ritual for home and travel, easy to pack inside our aluminium solid’s tin.
To apply, we recommend rubbing the solid bar 1-2 times directly on the areas of interest (hair/beard), from roots to ends, after shampooing with Coccoon solid soap. In this phase the product is invisible. Massage with your hands and leave in for a few minutes before combing. At this point, the product becomes visible and releases a soft cream that must be abundantly rinsed. Results: hair (beard) combed, soft, deeply nourished and bright.
Another use of the solid conditioner is as body balm after bathing, to be rinsed.

We recommend storing Coccoon solid conditioner in a dry and breathable environment to avoid loss of solidity. Ideally at home and for traveling is the Coccoon solid's tin, 100% aluminum, water resistant and equipped with a central hole and a relief that guarantee drainage and aeration.

The Client or the addressee receives from the Courier notifications via e-mail and SMS with all the information about the tracking code and updates to follow the shipment till delivery.
Shipping costs are not included in the product prices, but are shown and calculated once the purchase order is completed before payment.
For deliveries in Italy, shipping costs are:

The shipment is processed in 24/48 hours after the payment is received by Loliettoo. Delivery is made by Express Courier in 24/48 hours after dispatch (delivery time for some areas and islands can vary).
For deliveries in Europe (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Holland, Spain, Sweden), shipping costs are:

The shipment is processed in 24/48 hours after the payment is received by Loliettoo. Delivery is made by Express Courier in 2/6 days after dispatch.
It is recommended to add a destination address where there is always someone to receive the delivery. If the addressee will be absent for the first delivery, there will be a notification by Courier. A second try will happen the next working day and, if the addressee will be absent again, the Courier Customer Service will contact the person the same day, after 18.30, to organize the third try for the next working day. In order to guarantee all these steps it is mandatory to add the addresse’s telephone number during the online purchase. If the phone contact won’t work or if the addressee will be absent for the fourth time, the order will be sent back to the sender (Loliettoo) and the client will have to agree with Loliettoo and pay for a new delivery.
If the destination address is wrong, Loliettoo won’t be responsible for the missed delivery and the client will have to agree with Loliettoo and pay for a new delivery.
If the order is missing or damaged, the addressee must sign the consignment note specifying the issue (i.g. wet items, broken package, opened products etc…) and must send a written notification to Loliettoo by 4 days after delivery. Only this way Loliettoo will be able to ask for a reimbursement to the courier.
RESI E RIMBORSI
Conformemente alle disposizioni legali in vigore, il Cliente o il destinatario ha diritto di recedere dall'acquisto senza alcuna penalità e senza specificarne il motivo, entro il termine di 14 giorni decorrenti dalla data di ricezione dei prodotti.
In caso di esercizio del diritto di recesso, il Cliente è tenuto a restituire i beni entro 14 giorni dal giorno in cui ha comunicato a Loliettoo la propria volontà di recedere dal contratto ai sensi dell'art. 57 del D.lgs 206/2005.
La merce dovrà essere rispedita a Loliettooil S.r.l., Via Cavour 4, 15060 Voltaggio-AL.
La merce dovrà essere restituita integra, nella confezione originale.
Fatta salva la facoltà di verificare il rispetto di quanto sopra, Loliettoo provvederà a rimborsare l'importo dei prodotti oggetto del recesso entro un termine massimo di 14 giorni.
Non verranno rimborsate le spese di spedizione.
Come previsto dall'art. 56 comma 3 del D.Lgs 206/2005, modificato dal D.lgs 21/2014, Loliettoo può sospendere il rimborso fino al ricevimento dei beni oppure fino all'avvenuta dimostrazione da parte del Cliente di aver rispedito i beni a Loliettoo.
Loliettoo eseguirà il rimborso utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento scelto dal Cliente in fase di acquisto.
