PRIVACY POLICY

We wish to inform you that Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003 ("Personal Data Protection Code") provides for the protection of individuals and other entities with respect to the processing of personal data. Pursuant to the aforementioned legislation, such processing will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, and transparency, and will protect your privacy and rights. Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, we therefore provide you with the following information:

1. Purpose of the processing for which the data are intended

The purposes for which you will be asked to provide us with your personal data are the following:

a) recording of data necessary for the operational management and processing of your purchase order;

b) conducting commercial communications, market research, statistical analysis, and customer satisfaction surveys. In this regard, your data may also be used for marketing activities aimed at contacting and building customer loyalty based on specific purchasing preferences, including through direct marketing channels such as paper promotional posters, email, SMS, and MMS.

2. Nature of the provision of data and consequences of any refusal to respond

Providing your data for the purposes set out in point 1 is mandatory, and any refusal will make it impossible for Loliettooil Srl to process your purchase order. Providing the data referred to in point 2 is optional and does not in any way prevent the completion of the purchase transaction. Processing will be carried out using manual and automated systems designed to store, manage, and transmit the data, using methods strictly related to the purposes themselves, based on the data in our possession and with your commitment to promptly notify us of any corrections, additions, and/or updates. In any case, processing is carried out using methods strictly related to the purposes indicated above and, in any case, in a manner that guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data.

3. Scope of communication and dissemination of data

For both purposes indicated, the data, strictly necessary for each type of processing, may be communicated by Loliettooil Srl:

- to all subjects who are granted the right to access such data by virtue of regulatory provisions;

- to our collaborators, employees, and suppliers, within the scope of their respective duties and/or any contractual obligations with them, inherent in commercial relationships with the interested parties;

- to post offices, forwarding agents and couriers for the sending of documentation and/or material;

- to all those natural and/or legal persons, public and/or private (legal, administrative and tax consultancy firms, Chambers of Commerce, Chambers and Labor Offices, etc.), when communication is necessary or functional to the performance of our business and in the manner and for the purposes illustrated above;

- banking institutions for the management of collections and payments arising from the execution of contracts.

4. Identification details of the owner and the person responsible

The data controller is Loliettooil Srl with registered office in Via S. Martino 52, 56125 Pisa, operational headquarters in Via Cavour 4, 15060 Voltaggio-AL, in the person of its Legal Representative.

5. Rights pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003

You may exercise your rights towards the data controller at any time by contacting us directly through the Contact section of the website, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, which we reproduce in full for your convenience:

Art. 7 Right of access to personal data and other rights

1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him or her, even if not yet recorded, and communication of such data in an intelligible form.

2. The interested party has the right to obtain information on:

a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identifying details of the owner, the managers and the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representatives in the territory of the State, managers or persons in charge.

3. The interested party has the right to obtain:

a) the updating, rectification or, when relevant, integration of the data;

b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, including with regard to their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected.

4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:

a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;

b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales materials or for carrying out market research or commercial communications.
