SOLID COCONUT SOAP , rich in natural glycerin , has emollient, soothing and nourishing properties . It is a multifunctional cleanser ( hands , face - also makeup remover , body , hair , intimate area , beard , toothpaste ) long-lasting, delicate and safe. Also for the most sensitive skin (e.g. of children or of the allergic people ).
The BOTANICAL MASK , with its precious active plant components derived from Amla, Sidr and Fenugreek, is a hydrating treatment, toning , tonic , illuminating And nutritious with a fresh, grassy fragrance ideal for all types of hair (also of the children ), beards . It has a strong soothing power on skin , even irritated and problematic ones.
SOLID COCONUT SOAP
By touching the solid soap just once with wet hands , a soft cream is formed which is ideal for hands , the face (also as makeup remover ), the body (as shower gel ), intimate hygiene and the beard (as shaving soap ).
Results: softness, deep cleansing and soothed skin.
Used as shampoo , we recommend massaging the solid soap directly onto wet hair 1-2 times from roots to ends, rubbing the hair and scalp with the soft foam before the final rinse.
Results: vital, clean, light and healthy hair.
As toothpaste , after rubbing the moistened toothbrush on the solid soap 1-2 times, brush your teeth as usual and rinse with plenty of water.
Results: fresh oral cavity, clean teeth and gums.
BOTANICAL MASK
To apply the botanical mask: it is recommended to rub the solid bar 1-2 times directly onto the affected areas ( hair/beard/face ) while wet, from roots to ends, after shampooing with the Coccoon solid soap (and the Coccoon solid conditioner (detangling if necessary). At this stage, the product is invisible but releases its pleasant, grassy fragrance and the properties it boasts. Massage with your hands and leave on for a few minutes (or much longer) before rinsing thoroughly.
Results: Soft, visibly healthier, stronger, and shinier hair and beard. Soothed, soft skin.

The Client or the addressee receives from the Courier notifications via e-mail and SMS with all the information about the tracking code and updates to follow the shipment till delivery.
Shipping costs are not included in the product prices, but are shown and calculated once the purchase order is completed before payment.
For deliveries in Italy, shipping costs are:

€ 4,99 for orders from € 25 to € 49,99
Free for orders over € 50
The shipment is processed in 24/48 hours after the payment is received by Loliettoo. Delivery is made by Express Courier in 24/48 hours after dispatch (delivery time for some areas and islands can vary).
For deliveries in Europe (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Holland, Spain, Sweden), shipping costs are:

The shipment is processed in 24/48 hours after the payment is received by Loliettoo. Delivery is made by Express Courier in 2/6 days after dispatch.
It is recommended to add a destination address where there is always someone to receive the delivery. If the addressee will be absent for the first delivery, there will be a notification by Courier. A second try will happen the next working day and, if the addressee will be absent again, the Courier Customer Service will contact the person the same day, after 18.30, to organize the third try for the next working day. In order to guarantee all these steps it is mandatory to add the addresse’s telephone number during the online purchase. If the phone contact won’t work or if the addressee will be absent for the fourth time, the order will be sent back to the sender (Loliettoo) and the client will have to agree with Loliettoo and pay for a new delivery.
If the destination address is wrong, Loliettoo won’t be responsible for the missed delivery and the client will have to agree with Loliettoo and pay for a new delivery.
If the order is missing or damaged, the addressee must sign the consignment note specifying the issue (i.g. wet items, broken package, opened products etc…) and must send a written notification to Loliettoo by 4 days after delivery. Only this way Loliettoo will be able to ask for a reimbursement to the courier.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Customer or recipient has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal , the Customer is required to return the goods within 14 days from the day on which he communicated to Loliettoo his intention to withdraw from the contract pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
The goods must be returned to Loliettooil Srl, Via Cavour 4, 15060 Voltaggio-AL.
The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging .Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Loliettoo will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum of 14 days.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
As provided for by art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, Loliettoo may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or until the Customer has demonstrated that they have returned the goods to Loliettoo.
Loliettoo will refund the amount using the same payment method chosen by the Customer during the purchase process.
