COCONUT SOLID DEODORANT
Coccoon coconut solid deodorant is the first innovative deodorant produced in Italy as a solid cream, able to delicately (certified for sensitive skin) neutralize whole body (ARMPITS, FEET, INTIMATE PARTS) bad smells by respecting the skin microbiome and the environment.
Rich in Coccoon coconut oil (15%), bisabolol, Aloe vera but fragrance and aluminum free, this 58 g solid bar works thanks to a technology based on the enzymatic activity of yeast-derived proteins that can metabolize malodorous substances. This biologic process is the secret that makes this deodorant so unique: safe, effective, gentle (for sensitive skin too), multipurpose and long lasting.
Formulated as an ecological refill, it can be stored in the Coccoon solid’s tin.
Coccoon solid deodorant is handcrafted in small batches by Loliettoo® (in Italy) and packed in a very original 100% zero waste packaging.
It is the first natural multifunctional solution able to neutralize bad smells of armpits, feet and intimate parts thanks to an innovative technology based on the enzymatic activity of yeast-derived proteins (e. g., hydrolases, de-esterases, reductases, oxidases) that can metabolize malodorous substances.
The high quantity of Coccoon coconut oil and two components derived from camomile (bisabolol) and Aloe vera (aloe juice) lends it unique softening and soothing properties, making it a deodorant suggested even for the most delicate skin (e.g., babies and allergic people).

Loliettoo ships in Italy and Europe (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Holland, Spain, Sweden) with its reliable Express Courier. To ship in other countries please contact us - coccoon@loliettoo.it - and we will do our best to reach you everywhere in the world.
The Client or the addressee receives from the Courier notifications via e-mail and SMS with all the information about the tracking code and updates to follow the shipment till delivery.
Shipping costs are not included in the product prices, but are shown and calculated once the purchase order is completed before payment.
For deliveries in Italy, shipping costs are:
€ 6,99 for orders over € 24,99
€ 4,99 for orders from € 25 to € 49,99
Free for orders over € 50
The shipment is processed in 24/48 hours after the payment is received by Loliettoo. Delivery is made by Express Courier in 24/48 hours after dispatch (delivery time for some areas and islands can vary).
For deliveries in Europe (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Holland, Spain, Sweden), shipping costs are:

€ 10,00 for orders from € 30 to € 49,99
€ 5,00 for orders over € 50
The shipment is processed in 24/48 hours after the payment is received by Loliettoo. Delivery is made by Express Courier in 2/6 days after dispatch.
It is recommended to add a destination address where there is always someone to receive the delivery. If the addressee will be absent for the first delivery, there will be a notification by Courier. A second try will happen the next working day and, if the addressee will be absent again, the Courier Customer Service will contact the person the same day, after 18.30, to organize the third try for the next working day. In order to guarantee all these steps it is mandatory to add the addresse’s telephone number during the online purchase. If the phone contact won’t work or if the addressee will be absent for the fourth time, the order will be sent back to the sender (Loliettoo) and the client will have to agree with Loliettoo and pay for a new delivery.
If the destination address is wrong, Loliettoo won’t be responsible for the missed delivery and the client will have to agree with Loliettoo and pay for a new delivery.
If the order is missing or damaged, the addressee must sign the consignment note specifying the issue (i.g. wet items, broken package, opened products etc…) and must send a written notification to Loliettoo by 4 days after delivery. Only this way Loliettoo will be able to ask for a reimbursement to the courier.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Customer or recipient has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal , the Customer is required to return the goods within 14 days from the day on which he communicated to Loliettoo his intention to withdraw from the contract pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
The goods must be returned to Loliettooil Srl, Via Cavour 4, 15060 Voltaggio-AL.
The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging .Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Loliettoo will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum of 14 days.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
As provided for by art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, Loliettoo may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or until the Customer has demonstrated that they have returned the goods to Loliettoo.
Loliettoo will refund the amount using the same payment method chosen by the Customer during the purchase process.
